1. Pass the tail through the closure (bag neck, cart handles, hasp or door handles). 2. Feed the tail through the locking head in the arrow direction. 3. Pull until tight; check that it cannot be pulled back. 4. Record the serial number. 5. Remove by tearing at the hand-tear point – no cutter needed. Single-use; do not reapply.
