MC-RTPS overview
Quick answer
MC-RTPS is a single-use, round-tail pull-tight seal made in four lengths, so one design covers most bag, cart and door closures: Each has a metal clip in a virgin polypropylene head. Feed the round tail through the head and pull tight. MOQ is 1,000 pieces; packing depends on length.

- RTPS300 – 300 mm, 53 × 25 mm flag, 2.5 mm tail;

How it locks
The round tail passes one way through the metal clip and cannot be loosened.
Not suitable when
- removal must be by hand – see MC-R5 or MC-410T;
- you need a published tensile value – the catalogue does not state one for MC-RTPS.

Where to use MC-RTPS
Catalogue-listed uses: ISO containers, airline, trucks, catering and bags. Choose 200 mm for bags and zipper pulls, 300 mm for totes and cash bags, 400 mm for trolleys and van doors, 500 mm for roll cages and grouped handles. Images are product photos and the original catalogue drawing.

How to install and inspect MC-RTPS
1. Pass the tail through the closure (bag neck, cart handles, hasp or door handles). 2. Feed the tail through the locking head in the arrow direction. 3. Pull until tight; check that it cannot be pulled back. 4. Record the serial number. 5. Remove with scissors or a cutter. Single-use; do not reapply.
