MC-CF2.5T overview
MC-CF2.5T is a single-use pull-tight cable seal with a rectangular anodized aluminum body and a large marking face. The 2.5 mm braided steel cable supports adjustable loop sizing for compatible cargo and equipment closures. The marking area can carry a logo, model and sequential serial number. Where to use MC-CF2.5T
Suitable for compatible container doors, box trucks, security doors, road tankers and rail wagons. With the body positioned vertically, pass the cable through the closure points, return the free end to the upper locking position and pull it through until the lower tightening tail is visible. Confirm hole diameter, clearance and removal access with a sample.
Thread through the zipper pull and adjacent anchor eyelet, then lock and record the identifier. Check both openings, loop clearance and seal engagement on a sample.

How to install and inspect MC-CF2.5T
1. Close the access point and align the designed sealing holes. 2. Pass the fixed cable through both closure points. 3. Return the pointed free end to the correct locking inlet at the upper end of the body and pull it fully through until the tightening tail exits below. 4. Record the serial number and inspect the cable, lock body and closure at handover. 5. Remove with cable cutters while wearing eye protection. Single-use; do not reapply.
